Welcome to our FAQ page! Below we have listed most of our frequently asked questions. We’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible.

You will go to Google Playstore if you have an Android phone, or to Apple Istore if you have an Iphone.
 
 
Registration is easy and will take no more than 2 minutes. In the login screen tap “Sign up” on the bottom right and fill in the form.
 
 
Zero, not one cent.
 
 
You do not need to load your card details in order to register, however, you will need to have your card loaded when requesting a service. IT IS ADVISABLE THAT YOU LOAD YOUR CARD DETAILS TO SAVE YOU TIME IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.
 
 
BUDDY ASSIST DO NOT hold your card details, these details are entered directly on the secure VCS gateway system.
 
 
You may have as many dependents as you wish download the BUDDY ASSIST app on their own phones and use your card details when registering. It is highly advisable that you have your dependents download the app and load your details so they are ready for any emergency.
 
 
Under Profile, tap on Telephone line to edit or change it.
 
 
Under Profile, tap on the Address line to edit or change it.
 
 
On the login screen tap “forgot Password” option follow the instructions to reset your password.
 
 
Sometimes the GPS system is inaccurate, you are therefore also able to type in an address or use your registered address as a location.
 
 
No problem, simply type in the address at which you would require the service and you may GPS track and watch the Service Provider accept, travel, arrive and complete the job at another address. This way you can inform your friend or family member who is on the way and when they have arrived at your door.
